Embedded engineers, real ownership
Devinity embedded senior full-stack and AI engineers into the Gaper.io team on a mid-term staff augmentation engagement. Our engineers were not advisors or consultants reviewing work from the sidelines — they wrote production code, owned feature delivery end-to-end, and were accountable for the same sprint commitments as the rest of the Gaper engineering org.
Core platform features built by our team include the AI matching engine that powers candidate-to-company pairing, the automated technical assessment platform with AI-graded evaluations, and the developer-facing dashboard used daily by thousands of engineers on the platform.
Our engineers also contributed to infrastructure decisions around scaling the PostgreSQL database layer, implementing Redis-based caching for search performance, and setting up CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
