Build software that has to keep working.
We run four of our own products in production alongside client work. That changes what engineering here feels like — you find out whether your decisions were right.
Recruitment fraud: people running a job scam have used the Devinity name. We never recruit by text message and never ask candidates for money.
How to verify a message →Devinity Solutions is hiring engineers, designers and delivery people across AI, frontend, backend, .NET and platform work. Roles are remote, within a company of more than 100 people, and cover both client engagements and our own products.

FAQ
Working here
- Is Devinity fully remote?
- Yes for engineering. The company is registered in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the engineering team of 60, within a company of more than 100, is distributed. Engagements are staffed to overlap with client working hours, so some roles carry a timezone expectation, and we state it in the listing rather than after an offer.
- What does the interview process look like?
- A conversation about your experience, a technical discussion based on real work rather than puzzles, and a paid exercise if we get that far. We tell you where you stand at each stage instead of leaving you to guess.
- What will I actually work on?
- Client engagements and our own products — FleetChart, Nigraan, Seewee and Memorilly. Most engineers do both, which is deliberate: running your own software changes how you build for other people.
- Do you hire junior engineers?
- Occasionally, and we will say so in the listing when we do. The roles below are for people who have shipped and maintained production software, because that is what these engagements need.
Nothing here fits, but you think we should talk?
Send us what you have built and why it was hard. That tells us more than a CV, and we read all of them.
