Senior React Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior React Developer to lead frontend architecture and build polished, performant interfaces for our AI-powered products and client platforms. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver experiences that are fast, accessible, and beautiful. Our frontend stack centers on Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS — with heavy use of real-time data, complex state management, and AI-driven UI components.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build complex React/Next.js applications with TypeScript
• Lead frontend technical decisions and establish coding standards
• Build reusable component libraries and design systems with TailwindCSS
• Integrate AI features including real-time chat interfaces, streaming responses, and intelligent form flows
• Optimize performance with code splitting, lazy loading, and SSR/ISR strategies
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers on API design and data contracts
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
• Implement comprehensive testing with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional React development
• Deep expertise with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Middleware)
• Strong TypeScript skills with complex type patterns
• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Jotai)
• Proficiency with TailwindCSS and responsive, mobile-first design
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrations
• Experience building accessible, WCAG-compliant interfaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating OpenAI or Claude APIs on the frontend
• Familiarity with Framer Motion or other animation libraries
• Experience with monorepos (Turborepo, Nx)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with Vercel, Netlify, or similar deployment platforms
