Build product interfaces that stay maintainable — React and Next.js, with real attention to performance and accessibility. This is a remote full-time role at Devinity Solutions LLC, a software engineering firm of 60 people founded in 2016.
About the role
Our frontend work is React and Next.js with the App Router, TypeScript throughout, and design tokens shared with the design team.
We care about the parts that are invisible when a project is new: bundle discipline, accessibility, and component boundaries that survive a growing team.
What you will do
- Build product interfaces in React and Next.js
- Own component architecture on client engagements
- Keep rendering performance and bundle size under control
- Build to WCAG, testing with keyboard and screen readers
- Review other engineers' work and raise the standard around you
What we are looking for
- Several years of production React, ideally including a codebase you maintained for over a year
- Strong TypeScript
- Practical accessibility experience, not just awareness of it
- Experience with server components or comparable rendering models
Useful, not required
- Design system work
- Animation and interaction detail
- Experience adopting an unfamiliar codebase quickly
