Memorilly is a Devinity mobile product for parents who want their children's memories kept somewhere better than a camera roll. Photos, milestones and moments are captured and organized per child over time, so the record stays coherent as it grows rather than dissolving into thousands of undated files.
The situation
Parents take an enormous number of photographs and lose almost all of them to the camera roll. A first word, a first day at school and a photograph of a parking receipt are stored identically, in chronological order, with no way to find any of it later.
The memories people most want to keep are the ones least likely to survive that.
What we built
Per-child timelines
Each child has their own record, so a family with several children does not end up with one undifferentiated stream.
Moments and milestones
Capturing a moment with the context that makes it findable later: what happened, when, and why it mattered.
Private by default
A family's record is private, with sharing as a deliberate act rather than the starting position.
Outcome
What changed
- Memories held per child rather than mixed into one chronological stream
- Moments captured with the context that makes them retrievable later
- Family records private unless deliberately shared
What’s next — Continued development. Public availability to be confirmed.
