Seewee is a Devinity product that helps jobseekers generate resumes tailored to a specific job posting. Rather than sending one document to every application, a candidate provides their history and the posting, and the system produces a version written against what that role actually asks for.

The situation

Most candidates keep one resume and send it everywhere. Tailoring it per application is the advice every careers adviser gives and almost nobody follows, because doing it properly takes half an hour per role.

The result is that qualified candidates get filtered out for using different words than the posting did.

What we built

Resume generation against a posting

The candidate's history and a specific job posting produce a resume written for that role, emphasizing relevant experience.

Profile management

A candidate's full history held once, so each tailored version draws from the same underlying record.

Export

Output in formats employers and applicant tracking systems accept.

Applied AI

Where AI does the work

Posting analysis
The requirements, responsibilities and language of a specific posting are extracted so the resume can be written against them.
Tailored generation
The candidate's real experience is reorganized and rewritten for relevance to that role. The system works from what the candidate actually did rather than inventing experience.

Outcome

What changed

  • Per-application tailoring becomes practical rather than aspirational
  • Candidates present relevant experience in the language of the posting
  • One maintained profile serves every application
