AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We're hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build the intelligent systems at the heart of our products. You'll work with OpenAI GPT-5, Claude, LangChain, and custom ML models — building everything from RAG pipelines and AI agents to computer vision systems and predictive analytics. This isn't research — it's production AI. You'll ship models that handle real traffic, integrate with real products, and deliver measurable business impact. What You'll Do

• Build and deploy production AI systems using OpenAI GPT-5, Claude, and open-source models
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Build autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and custom orchestration
• Develop and fine-tune ML models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Create data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks
• Deploy models to production with proper monitoring, versioning, and rollback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering or applied data science
• Strong Python skills with production-grade coding practices
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
• Experience building RAG systems or working with vector databases
• Proficiency with at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and transformer architectures
• Experience deploying ML models to production (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC)
• Experience with computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, or similar)
• Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier for AI workflow automation
• Experience fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
• Publications or open-source contributions in ML/AI
