UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our AI-powered products and client platforms. You'll own the design process from research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. Our products span AI dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and enterprise tools — each requiring thoughtful UX and polished visual design. You'll work closely with developers who build in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS, so understanding frontend implementation is a real advantage.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research to polished UI
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Design AI-specific UX patterns: chat interfaces, streaming outputs, loading states, and feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with React/Next.js developers on implementation
• Present design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products
• Expert proficiency with Figma including auto-layout, components, and variables
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and spacing
• Experience designing complex dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and SaaS products
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high-fidelity visual design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick iteration cycles
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI/ML product interfaces (chatbots, AI assistants, recommendation UIs)
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS and React component architecture
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (Framer Motion, After Effects)
• Knowledge of design tokens and design-to-code workflows
• Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel)
