Client Portal

Angular-based self-service portal where clients submit documents, track claim status, communicate with consultants, and access their full policy history. Built with responsive design and real-time updates via SignalR, the portal replaced email chains and phone tag with a centralized, transparent client experience.

Policy Management System

End-to-end policy lifecycle management with full version control, automated renewal tracking, and expiration alerts. Consultants manage policies from initial quote through binding, endorsements, and renewals — with every change tracked, timestamped, and linked to the corresponding compliance checks and client communications.

Workflow Engine

Configurable multi-step approval workflows with role-based access control and automated routing. Claims, policy changes, and compliance reviews flow through customizable pipelines with escalation rules, SLA timers, and parallel approval paths — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining full accountability at every stage.

Reporting & Analytics

AI-generated compliance reports, risk assessments, and business intelligence dashboards powered by Power BI embedded analytics.
