Priced against the hire, not the project

Agents run on a monthly plan, so this is a line item your ops lead can approve — not a capital request. One agent starts at $400/month. A full desk — two or three agents covering a whole function — starts at $990/month — about a quarter of what the equivalent hire costs.

Two minutes, no pitch. We reply within one business day.

Plans

Start with one agent, or hire the whole desk

Every plan includes the build, the integrations, the running costs at normal volume, and the monthly numbers. Setup is billed once.

Single Agent

1 agent

One job that eats hours every week — missed calls, slow lead replies, unpaid invoices.

$400/mo

plus $1,200 one-time setup

  • One agent, live in your tools inside 30 days
  • Integration with your CRM, calendar, or phone system
  • Escalation rules so edge cases reach a human with context
  • Monthly report: volume handled, hours saved, what escalated
  • Model and platform usage included at normal volume

Desk

2–3 agents

A whole function you'd otherwise hire for. Two or three agents that hand work to each other instead of working alone.

$990/mo

plus $2,500 one-time setup

  • Any one desk below, fully wired together
  • Shared context, so a qualified lead reaches booking without a re-ask
  • Everything in Single Agent, across the whole desk

Operations

2+ desks

More than one department. Sales and front desk, or front desk and back office, run as one system.

from $1,790/mo

plus $4,500 one-time setup

  • Two or more desks for less than buying them separately
  • One integration layer so agents read and write the same records
  • A named engineer who knows your account
  • Quarterly review of what to automate next
  • 1-hour response on anything critical

The desks

Each one replaces a role you'd otherwise hire

Agents in a desk share context, so a lead qualified by one is booked by the next without asking the customer twice.

Most desks are $990/month — three agents for about the price of two. The Sales Desk scales with outbound volume, from $400/month at 2,000 outreaches. Two or more desks start at $1,790/month.

Fixed monthly price

You know the number before you start and it doesn't move. Normal model and platform usage is included — no metered surprise at the end of a busy month.

The monthly starts when it goes live

Setup is billed at kickoff; the monthly fee begins the day your agents handle real work, not the day you sign. If a build takes longer, that is our cost to carry, not yours.

90 days, then month to month

Enough runway to see real numbers, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewing term you have to catch.

On a plan

What you're actually signing up for

Renting a system instead of buying one raises fair questions. Here are the answers before you have to ask.

Your data stays yours

Every transcript, record, and result the agents produce is exportable at any time in a standard format — during the plan and on the way out. Nothing is held hostage.

Support is in the plan, not extra

Monitoring, model updates, and tuning are part of the monthly fee. Business-hours response is within 4 hours on Desk and above, 1 hour for anything critical on Operations.

It's documented as we go

Architecture, integrations, and runbooks are written during the build, not scrambled together at the end — so your team always knows what the agents touch and why.

You can buy it outright

If you'd rather own the system than rent it, we'll quote a one-time buyout: source code, documentation, and a paid transition with 30 days on call while your team takes over.

FAQ

Questions about money

Because an agent isn't finished at launch. Models change, your process changes, and edge cases surface in month three that nobody predicted in week one. The monthly fee covers keeping it working — and it's an operating expense your ops lead can approve without a capital request.

Connecting your systems, mapping the workflow, writing the escalation rules, and running a supervised pilot on part of your volume before the agent handles anything unattended. It's real engineering, which is why it isn't free — free setup tends to mean the first month is the setup.

Start with one. Most clients begin with the single worst workflow, watch the numbers for a month, then add the rest of the desk once it's proven. A desk costs less than the same agents bought separately, so you can upgrade without losing what you've paid.

Normal fluctuation is included — a busy month doesn't generate a surprise invoice. If your baseline volume changes structurally, we'll tell you and re-quote before it costs you anything, not after.

After the first 90 days you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You export your data, we hand over documentation, and we'll quote a buyout if you'd rather keep the system running in-house.

Plenty. About a third of the workflows we review aren't ready — volume is too low to pay back, the upstream data is too messy, or a cheaper manual fix exists. We'd rather say so in the free consultation than take the setup fee.

Tell us the job, we'll tell you the number

Send one workflow your team repeats. You'll get two or three specific ideas back, what they'd cost per month, and what they should save — usually within 48 hours.
